No. We handle the technical side and train you on the parts you'll actually touch. You should be comfortable describing how your work gets done. That's the important bit.
If it has an API, we can usually connect it. Common ones include Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Discord, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, Shopify, WordPress and GitHub. If yours isn't on the list, ask.
